Shipping Policy

What orders qualify for free shipping? All orders over $35 that are being shipped to an address within the contiguous United States (not Alaska and Hawaii) will qualify for free shipping. International orders will not qualify for free shipping.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Expect orders to arrive within 8 business days (+- 2 days due to factors beyond our control). However, during peak seasons and with factors beyond our control due to our 3rd party Logistics it's on rare occasions this maybe slightly longer. You should receive an email order notification which begins the shipping window. If you haven't please check your SPAM folder. If you don't see the order email please contact contact us.

Which carriers do you use?

We use USPS as our primary carrier, but depending on our goal to always ship within our shipment window or for faster shipping we utilize UPS.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order is not received within the above listed time window after allowing an extra 7 days for unexpected carrier issues which may include but are not limited to holidays, strikes, or any other carrier related issues and beyond our control please contact us. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, if you have not given a correct address let us know immediately so we can correct this with our third party carrier.

What if I want to cancel an order placed?

Since we quickly process orders, please cancel any order you no longer want immediately (this should be the same day the order is placed). Once an order is sent off to our supplier the fulfillment of the order is in process and we would not be able to intervene. You can still issue a return within 30 days of receipt of goods.

What if the parcel is damaged by the carrier?

Please contact the carrier who has shipped your package so you can file a claim and get reimbursed per their policies. We can ship out a replacement product depending on our inventory levels.
